摘　　要：运用教学实验、数理统计等方法,通过目标设置理论在跳高技术课教学中的实验研究,分析目标设置理论在跳高技术课教学中应用的有效性,构建高校体育专业田径技术课教学的目标设置理论体系。Using methods of teaching experiment and mathematical statistics, the effectiveness of Goal Setting Theory is analysied in the long jump teaching. Finaly, the paper sets up the system of Goal-setting theory to track and field technological class teaching.
