摘　　要：众包模式的产生使得个体(个人)得以以独立的身份加入到企业的生产经营活动,并由此促使企业在研发、生产、组织等领域的演变。本文从演化理论的视角出发,通过回顾相关理论,对众包网络中个体参与的企业演化进行分析。通过说明众包网络中的演化主体和行为特征,试图阐明个人和企业之间的互动演化机制。The Birth of crowdsourcing network enables individual to participate in enterprisers production andoperating activities, which promotes the enterprise＇s evolution in the field of research and development, prouucuon, organization, etc. In this paper, the author starts from the angle of view of the theory of evolution, analyzing the enterprise evolution that individuals participate in crowd - sourcing network by reviewing related theory, and tries to clarify the interaction evolutionary mechanism between individuals and businesses by showing evolution subject and behavior characteristics of the crowdsourcing network.
