摘 要:乳液型水性油墨连接料以水为分散剂,符合绿色环保要求,以其制备的油墨具有粘度低,稀释性好,干燥速度快,涂膜耐水性好等优异性能,具有广阔的研究和应用前景,其中丙烯酸酯类水性油墨连接料由于其优异性能,成为应用最广泛的油墨连接料之一。综述了复合型、核壳型和互穿网络型聚丙烯酸酯类乳液型水性油墨连接料最新研究概况,简述了其合成路线与应用性能,并结合课题组前期的研究展望了其发展前景。Since the medium of binders for water-borne printing ink is water, it meets the requirement for green environmental production. The water-borne printing ink has advantages of low viscosity, good thinning behavior, fast drying speed and high water resistance and so on. It has a wide research and application perspective in ink. Polyacrylate emulsion type binders is one of the most widely used binders for water-borne printing ink. The newest develop- ment of polyacrylate emulsion type binders for water-borne printing ink including complex type, core-shell type and interpenetrating polymer networks type binders are reviewed. Moreover, the synthetic ways and application performances are summarized. The further research prospect in this field is also described on the basis of previous study.
