摘　　要：以1-吡啶甲酰基-4-芳酰基氨基硫脲Ha-j为前体,利用浓硫酸脱水合成了5-(4′-吡啶基)-2-芳酰氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑Ia-j共10个化合物.所有化合物的结构经元素分析和光谱数据确认,并测定了2个代表化合物的生物活性,得到了较为满意的结果.Ten new derivatives of 2 - aroylamino- 5- (4′- pyridyl) - 1 ,3 ,4- thiadiazoles Ia～ jwere prepared by dehydration of4- aroyl- 1 - isonicotinoylthiosemicarbazides Ha～ jin the pre- sence of concentrated sulfuric acid.All the structures of these compounds were characterized by ele- mental analyses and spectral data.The test of biological activities of the representative com- pounds exhibited moderate activities against some bacteria.
