摘　　要：当前,在网络环境下高职院校档案资源整合管理很有必要,针对高职院校传统档案信息管理的现实困境,应利用信息整合,构建档案信息整合体系;利用管理整合,搭建档案资源关联桥梁;利用服务整合,建构多位一体的个性化服务。Currently, the integration management of archive resource under network enviromnem in higher vocational colleges is very neces- sary. According to the realistic difficulties of Iraditional archives information management, higher vocational colleges should make use of infformation integration to set up the archive kfformation kltegration system. They should also make use of management hate gration to bridge the archive resources＇ association and the service hategration to comtmct the comprehensive individualization service.
