摘　　要：职业化团队是具有高效率的团队,打造职业化员工队伍是确保企业安全生产、科学发展的重要核心。我们只有不遗余力地加强职业化团队建设,从精神文化引领、行为文化塑造、制度文化约束三方面入手,在增强学习力、提升执行力、培育创造力上下功夫,在培养默契、统一步调上下功夫,在全面提升员工士气、提振精神上有所突破,才能在激烈的市场竞争中实现快速健康科学发展。The professional team is efficient and it is the core of professional team to ensure safety production and scientific development. Only strengthening construction of professional team without sparing any effort from spirit, behaviour and systems to create rapport and standardize the peace in enhancing study capacity, improving the executive ability and cultivating creativity, which realizes sound and scientific development in a competitive marketplace from boosting and invigorating office moral.
