摘　　要：目的检测高迁移率蛋白A2(HMGA2蛋白在人基底细胞样乳腺癌和非基底细胞样乳腺癌组织中的表达,分析其临床病理学意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测56例基底细胞样乳腺癌和28例非基底细胞样乳腺癌组织中HMGA2蛋白的表达,分析HMGA2表达水平与乳腺癌临床病理特征的相关性。结果 HMGA2在人基底细胞样乳腺癌中的阳性率为92%(51/56),明显高于非基底细胞样乳腺癌组织的阳性率(P<0.05)。HMGA2蛋白表达与基底细胞样乳腺癌的淋巴结有无转移、病理学分级和TNM分期均有相关性。结论基底细胞样乳腺癌存在HMGA2蛋白的高表达。HMGA2基因的表达可能影响基底细胞样乳腺癌的发生、发展。Objective To study the expression of high mobility group Az （HMGAz）and its clinicopathologi- cal significance in basal-like-breast cancer（BLBC）. Methods The immunohisto-chemistry was used to detect the expression of HMGA2 protein in 56 cases of BLBC and 28 cases of NBLBC. Results The difference of HMGAz expression between BLBC and NBLBC had statistical significance. For BLBC, HMGAz expression had significant relationship with lymph node metastasis,histological grade and pTNM stage. Conclusion It is possible that HM- GAz plays an important role in the generation,progression,invasion and metastasis of BLBC.
