天山北坡经济带生态市建设评价

摘　　要：以天山北坡经济带2个地级城市、6个县级城市为研究对象,在建立生态市建设评价指标体系的基础上,计算各城市生态市建设的达标率,将天山北坡经济带8个城市划分为三大类型,深入分析各城市特征,并以2007—2011年为时间尺度进行了动态分析。结果表明:克拉玛依市、博乐市、昌吉市和石河子市的生态市建设情况排在8个城市的前列;8个城市的生态市建设情况总体上在逐步改善,乌苏市的生态市建设一直落后于其他城市。Based on the established evaluation index system for eco-city construction, this article takes eight cities in the economic zone on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountains as the research object, and takes 2007-2011 as a study period to divide these cities into three types to analyze the characteristics of each city. The results showed that the construction of ecological city of Karamay City, Bole City, Changji City and Shihezi City ranked in the forefront of the eight cities. Each of the respective areas for improvement was not the same. Based on our analysis, there was a gradual improvement on eco-city construction in these eight cities. Wusu City has been lagged behind other cities in eco-city construction.
