摘 要:研究了化学修饰——酯化前后啤酒酵母对 Pb2 + 的生物吸附作用 .酵母菌能结合 Pb2 + ,酯化后其能力下降 .用盐酸 -甲醇酯化 ,其吸附能力下降 35 % ,表明酵母菌对重金属离子吸附时 ,表面的羧基起着较重要的作用 .在强酸性条件下 (p H=2 )时 ,甲醇酯化和未经修饰的酵母菌对金属离子的吸附能力一样 ,盐度和 Ca2 + ,Mg2 +对生物吸附影响不大 .The biosorption of Pb 2+ was studied by the native yeast and chemical modified yeast.The esterifications of carboxylate functionalities presented in the cell walls of yeast with methanolic hydrochloride resulted in decreases in lead cation uptake by as much as 35%. These findings suggested that carboxylate groups are important in metal uptake to this material and carboxylate groups could also contribute, to a higher content,to heavy metal bindings. In strong acidic solutions (pH=2),there are the same capacity for adsorbing lead between native yeast and methanol esterificated yeast. Salinity and Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ have no significant effect on the biomaterial uptake. So it suggests that yeast can be used to recover or remove the heavy metals from water.
