摘　　要：摘要：大豆皮是采用去皮浸出制油工艺加工大豆以生产去皮豆粕过程中的主要副产品，在动物生产中可以替代部分谷物饲料或干草等，提高养殖效益。目前在反刍动物以及单胃动物中都已有良好的应用效果。本文就大豆皮的营养价值及其在动物生产中的研究进展作一综述。As the main by - product of dehulled soybean meal by adding dehulling technolo- gy system in the process of soybean oil extraction, soyhull could be used to replace part of grain or roughage hay to improve economic profit. Up to now, soyhull has a beneficial effect on ruminants and non -ruminants. It summarized the nutritional value of soyhull and its application in animal production in this article.
