本土化视野下旅游工艺品设计专业人才培养的研究与探索——关于民族地区旅游院校特色发展的个案研究

摘　　要：我国旅游业的迅猛发展,对旅游工艺品设计专业人才的培养提出了新的要求。针对当前旅游工艺品设计专业人才培养存在的忽视民族文化素养的培养、忽视人才市场的现实需求、忽视对毕业生就业观念的正确引导等问题,提出应以"文化传承人"为目标定位,推进本土化视野下人才培养改革创新。路径主要有:坚持理论与实践相结合,构建新的专业课程与教学内容体系;推动教学方法手段改革,着力培养能够满足旅游工艺品市场需求的文化技能型的一线高端人才;深化专业教学体制改革,坚定不移地走产、学、研相结合的道路。The rapid development of tourism industry in our country brings a new requirement to the personnel training of tourist craft design. This paper, aiming at the problems like ignoring the cultivation of national culture, the realistic demand of talent market, and the correct guidance to graduate employment concept, holds that we should take the ＂cultural heritage＂ as the target location to promote the reform of talents training from the perspective of localization, and that the main roads are： insisting on the combination of theory and practice, constructing the new course and teaching content system, promoting teaching method reform, making efforts to develop cultural and skill talents to meet the market demand, deepening teaching system reform, and taking the road of the combination of production, learning and research.
