顶空气相色谱法检测燕麦β-葡聚糖中的乙醇残留量

摘　　要：建立了顶空气相色谱法检测燕麦β-葡槊糖中有机溶剂乙醇的残留量方法。通过加入内标物正丙醇。在一定程度上消除了操作条件等的变化所引起的误差，提高了检测准确度。以峰面积响应值对样品达到气液平衡时的加热温度和时间进行了优化。样品中的乙醇在0．05～2．00μL/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9978：回收率在93．26％-403．43％之间，RSD≤3．80％，最低检测限为0．005μL·mL^（-1）。结果表明，该方法能简单有效，灵敏，准确的定量检测乙醇残留，可用于燕麦β-葡聚糖中有机溶剂乙醇的残留蹙测定。In this study, a method of ethanol concentration determination in oat beta-glucan by headspace gas chromatography was established. By adding the internal standard n-propanol, the errors caused by the change of operating conditions were eliminated, and the accuracy of detection was improved. The response value of the peak area was optimized by the value that the sample reaches to the gas-liquid equilibrium of the heating temperature and time. In standard curve, ethanol showed good linearity relationship between 0.05～2.00μL/mL （r=0.9978）; the recovery rate reached to 93.26%-403.43%（RSD≤3.80 %）, the detection limit was 0.005μL·mL^（-1）. The study showed that the method is simple, rapid, and accurate to detect the ethanol concentration. Determination of residual ethanol in oat beta-glucan can be used.
