摘　　要：由于地方高校生源质量以及教学导向等诸多因素,非英语专业学生的英语口语教学存在薄弱环节。提高口语教学质量的一个重要环节就是构建适合地方高校学生的口语测试体系。口语测试应遵循项目设计多样化和评分规则细化两个原则。基于此,从浅和深两个层次探讨口语测试体系,从而使口语教学质量得到保障。Considering the non - English majors＇ quality and the direction of student training in universities run by local government , oral English teaching suffers from deficiency by nature. One of the important steps is to construct an oral English testing system for students in local universities so as to improve their oral English quality. This article explores the two principles that oral English testing follows, namely, the diversity of item designing and the detailed rules of assessment. Based on it, oral English testing system will be further explored from superficial level and deep level respectively, so that the oral English teaching quality can be guaranteed.
