摘　　要：为了探究国内食品企业的诚信状况,先构建食品企业诚信评价指标体系,再综合运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对食品企业诚信状况进行定性和定量评价,并最终得到企业的评价结果.通过实证应用分析发现,通过该评价方法所得到的结果能够反映食品企业的诚信状况,对食品企业的诚信评估具有重要的参考价值.An integrity evaluation index system of food enterprises was built to study the integrity of a food enterprise. Then the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were used to analyze the in- tegrity of the food enterprises qualitatively and quantitatively. Finally, the evaluation results of the enterprise were obtained. Through the empirical application analysis, the results obtained by the evaluation method can re- flect the condition of the integrity of the food enterprises. It can be referenced to assessment the integrity of the food enterprises.
