摘　　要：针对葡萄酒与酿酒葡萄的评价,根据所给数据,利用Matlab软件,运用F检验、模糊C均值聚类、典型相关分析与回归分析方法对葡萄酒的质量、葡萄酒的理化指标与酿酒葡萄的理化指标及三者之间存在的联系进行了分析与求解,并得到较为理想的结果.The wine and wine grape were evaluated, according to the data, using the Matlab software. The quality and the physicochemical indexes of the wine, and the physiochemieal indexes of wine grape were an- alyzed and solved using F - test, fuzzy C means clustering and regression analysis methods. And the relationships between them were analyzed as well. Some good results were got.
