摘　　要：高校图书馆解决占座难题主要采取四种手段:一是扩大座位资源供给;二是加强读者管理,三是运用技术手段,四是强化道德教育。这四种手段各有利弊。高校图书馆可针对具体馆情,综合运用,有效克服占座现象,发挥座位资源最大使用效益。There are mainly four kinds of measures used by university libraries to solve the seat-occupying problem： to provide more seats, to improve the management of readers, to adopt some technological measures and to strengthen the morality education. In order to solve this problem and give a full play to their seat resources, university libraries can choose or combine the suitable measures mentioned above according to their own situation.
