小儿臀部硬纤维瘤外科治疗探讨

摘　　要：目的:总结儿童臀部硬纤维瘤的外科诊治经验。方法:回顾性分析19例臀部硬纤维瘤患儿的病例资料。其中3例为外院部分切除的复发病例。结果:19例术前均经增强CT或MRI检查确定肿瘤部位与累及范围,术中完整切除。19例均经病理检查证实为硬纤维瘤。术后经3～48月随访,17例患儿术后无复发,2例复发。结论:小儿臀部硬纤维瘤是一种侵袭性肿瘤,复发率高,在化疗、放疗、联合治疗等辅助性治疗疗效不明确的情况下,外科手术治疗是小儿臀部硬纤维瘤的首选治疗方法。Objective： To study the experience in surgical treatment of hip desmoid in children.Methods： There was a retrospective analysis of which 19 cases of hips desmoid had surgical treatment from 2006 to 2010 in children.Three relapse cases were a part of removal from other hospital.Results： 19 cases were confirmed preoperatively by enhanced CT or MRI,and determined the range of tumor,and completely resected it by surgery.19 cases of tumors were proven as desmoid with pathological examination.Followed-up postoperative for 3-48 months,17 patients had not recurrence and 2 patients had recurrence postoperatively.Conclusions： Pediatric hips desmoid is an aggressive tumor.The recurrence rate of hips desmoid is higher and the auxiliary therapeutic efficacy of the chemotherapy,radiation therapy,combination therapy are not clear,surgical treatment is the preferred method in treatment of pediatric hips desmoid tumor.
