摘 要:微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)通过调节目的基因的表达,继而调控细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡等多种重要的细胞活动。近年来的研究发现,miRNA作为癌基因或抑癌基因,在多种恶性肿瘤中存在异常表达,并在肿瘤的发生和发展中起着重要的作用。结直肠癌细胞和组织中存在多种miRNA的异常表达,这些miRNA与CRC的诊断、预后和化疗疗效等密切相关,并且可能是CRC的潜在生物学标志物。本文对miRNA在CRC的诊断、预后和化疗中的作用进行综述。MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are single-stranded small non-coding RNAs, typically 18-25 nucleotides in length. They regulate various cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis through suppressing their target genes. Recent studies have shown aberrant expressions of miRNAs in many malignancies as oncogenes and tumor suppressors, playing an important role in tumor development and progression. Aberrant expressions of miRNAs are closely associated with diagnosis, prognosis and chemosensitivity of colorectal cancer, and they may also be potential biomarkers for colorectal cancer. Here, this article gives the brief review about the role of miRNAs in the diagnosis, prognosis and chemotherapy of colorectal cancer.
