心脑通络液治疗血管性痴呆的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察心脑通络液治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效和安全性。[方法]将血管性痴呆患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组。对照组予常规药物治疗,治疗组除常规药物治疗外给予心脑通络液,疗程为3个月。观察治疗前后进行简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)及日常生活能力量表(ADL)积分评定。对心脑通络液的安全性进行评价。[结果]与治疗前相比,心脑通络液治疗后的MMSE评分和HDS评分明显提高,ADL积分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组显效率(23.3%)和有效率(60%)相比,治疗组的显效率和有效率(60%、86.7%)明显提高。[结论]心脑通络液能更有效地治疗血管性痴呆,不良反应少,安全性佳。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Xinnao Tongluo liquid on treatment of vascular dementia. [Methods] Sixty eases who diagnosed with vascular dementia, were divided into control group and treatment group. While the control group were deserved based treatment, the treatment group were treated with Xinnao Tongluo liquid and based curing after 3 months. MMSE, HDS and ADL were tested at outset and the end of treatment for judging the clinical effect of Xinnao Tongluo liquid. [Results] The scores of MMSE and HDS were lower, as the ADL scores higher than prior treatment in treatment group obviously （P〈0.05）. Compared with the excellent rate （23.3%） and the effective rate （66.7%） of the control group, the treatment group were significant increased （60%, 86.7%） （P〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] Xinnao Tongluo liquid has effective treatment of VD and without obvious side effect.
