高等旅游本科院校智力服务型旅游人才培养问题探讨

摘　　要：人才是旅游业转变发展方式、推进产品升级、实现持续发展的关键。在"两业"战略框架下,旅游业有智增长需要大批智力服务人才作为支撑。高等院校应紧密结合行业需求,强化分层次培养、差异化定位和特色化发展的理念,将智力服务作为旅游人才培养的重要方向。应在深入研究旅游智业人才需求的基础上,强化专业思维、知识与技能的培养,积极探索"三创"培养模式,不断创新实践教学模式,培养智力服务型旅游人才。Personnel＇s quality is crucial for transforming the ways of development, promoting the advancement of products and achieving sustainable development in tourism industry. Given the framework of ＂cultivating tourism industry to strategic pillar industry and modem service industry＂, hundreds of intellectual personnel should be the strong background force for the wise development of tourism. College should closely meet the needs of the industry, strengthen the cultivation at different levels, orient differently and pursue a characteristic way of development, and take the intellectual service as a crucial direction for cultivating tourism talents. Based on the in depth study of tourism personnel＇ s needs, colleges should strengthen the cultivation of professional thinking, knowledge and skills, explore the cultivation patterns of ＂renovating the old products, creating new ideas and starting new business＂, initiate new patterns between teaching and practice, and cultivate tourism intellec tual talents.
