摘  要:"套餐式+学时制"中小学校长提高培训是指培训的课程以"套餐"形式设置,培训的管理采用"学时制"管理。参训校长自主选择不同的"套餐",接受不同课程的学时管理。"套餐式"的课程设置,其最大的优点是在保证课程体系完整性的同时,满足参训校长的个性需求;"学时制"的培训管理,其最大的优点是将管理重心转移到培训课程的管理和学时管理,在实现管理有效性的同时,促进培训课程的建设。"套餐式+学时制"培训模式,是对传统校长提高培训进行改革的积极探索。"Package Type + Period System" for primary and secondary school principals improvement training refers to the training courses set in the form of training, the management system used in school managements. Training headmasters choose different "packages" and accept different courses of school management. The best advantage of Package type curriculum is to ensure the integrity of the curriculum system and at the same time to meet the individual needs. The biggest advantage training period of the training management is that the management center of gravity shifts to the management training courses and school management, which makes the implementation of managemen~ effective, at the same time promotes the training course construction. "Package Type + Period System" training mode, is an active exploretion of the reform of the traditional prineipal training in Fuyang eity Zhejiang province.
