摘  要:目的:对比测定3种临床常用的暂时冠桥材料的凝胶时间和峰值温度。方法:选取Integrity、Luxatemp、Structur 2 SC暂时冠桥材料,颜色均为A2色,分别测定其凝固时间和峰值温度,应用SPSS 12.0进行单因素方差分析和组间两两比较的q检验分析。结果:凝胶时间试验中,三组均数存在组间显著性差异,按时间长短可排序为Luxatemp>Integrity>Structur 2 SC。峰值温度试验中,三组材料的固化升温曲线均呈先升后降趋势,并逐渐趋于稳定,峰值温度范围在34.2±2.2℃-41.1±3.1℃之间,出现时间在100s-150s之间。Integrity和Luxatemp差异无统计学意义;Structur 2 SC与另外两组之间差异有统计学意义,由高到低排序为Structur 2 SC>Integrity和Luxatemp。结论:Structur 2 SC可操作时间略短,峰值温度较高,临床应用时应采取相应的应对措施。Objective: To study the gelation time and the peak temperature of 3 kinds of provisional restorative materi- als. Methods: Three kinds of provisional restorative materialswere chose, including Integrity, Luxatemp and Structur 2 SC. Gelation time and Peak temperature of all the samples were tested and analysed with SPSS 12.0. The difference between measurement data were compared through One-Way ANOVA and that between groups with q-test. Results: There was significant difference among 3 groups in gelation-time, the rank from long to short was Luxatemp 〉 Integrity 〉 Structur 2 SC. There was significant difference between Structur 2 SC and other two groups in peak temperature. The heating curve within the range rised firstly, declined secondly, and tended towards stability eventually. Conclusions: The operation time of the Structur 2 SC is the shortest relatively, and its peak temperature is higher than other two groups, so the right measures needs to be taken in clinical work.
