我国研究生教育省域功能发挥态势的实证研究——基于教育本体功能视角  被引量:7

摘  要:依据教育本体功能的视角,研究生教育省域功能是指本省研究生教育招收了多少本省生源,培养了多少留在本省工作的研究生。实证结果表明研究生教育省域功能的有效发挥体现在能够招收接近一半的本省生源,能够有一半的毕业生留在本地工作。在控制了工作地工资水平、婚姻等无关变量后,本省研究生教育能够对毕业生显示非常强大的吸附力为本土留住人才,且教育层次越高,省域功能越强。中央政府将硕士学位和具有地区特色的博士学位授权审核权力下放至省学位办能增强地区研究生教育发展比较优势和地区适应性。From the perspective of basic educational functions,provincial benefits from graduate education are judged by the numbers of graduate students recruited from local provinces and those who stay and work there after they finish school.This study indicates that various provincial universities recruit nearly 50% of their students from within their provinces and nearly 50% of all students find work in the provinces where their schools are.After considering irrelevant variables such as salary levels and marriage-related relocations,locally-provided graduate education is found to have a huge influence on students’ decision to stay locally,especially doctoral students.With the central government giving more power to provincial authorities in approving graduate programs,each province will benefit more from graduate education.
