摘　　要：外国留学生来华攻读汉语国际教育硕士,可以有效地解决本土教师匮乏的问题,我们运用跨文化适应理论,以一名德国来华汉语国际教育硕士培养个案为研究对象,揭示该生就读期间的文化休克问题以及应对措施,为来华留学事业与汉语国际教育硕士培养提供经验与借鉴。The shortage of Chinese teachers in foreign countries may be alleviated with more MTCSOL students return home after their studies in China.A case study of an MTCSOL student from Germany was conducted in light of the cross-cultural adaptation theory to reveal the culture shock she experienced and how she coped with her problems during her stay in China.We hope our findings will shed more light on the development of education for oversea students and MTCSOL programs.
