研究生心理资本与就业取向的关系研究——以北京、厦门、沈阳三地多所高校的研究生为案例

摘　　要：心理资本主要通过两种方式对研究生的就业取向产生影响。第一,心理资本对研究生的就业取向有直接影响;第二,生涯规划和专业承诺对就业取向有间接性的中介作用。心理资本正是通过影响专业承诺,再影响职业生涯规划,最后对研究生就业取向产生重要影响。这种关系应成为研究生培养管理的基础依据。Psychological capital has an impact on graduate students’ employment orientations in two ways.First,it has a direct influence on their employment orientation.Second,career planning and professional commitment have an indirect intermediary effect on their employment orientation.Psychological capital affects one’s professional commitment,thereby affecting one’s career planning,and eventually impacting one’s employment orientation.This relationship should serve as the basis of graduate training management.
