德国应用技术大学内部治理结构对我国高职院校制度建设的启示

摘　　要：通过对我国高等职业院校内部治理结构与制度建设的现状与存在问题的分析,在比较中德两国高等院校内部治理结构的基础上,指出应该在坚持与我国基本政治制度和意识形态相适应的前提下,以现代大学制度基本规范为引领,吸收借鉴德国应用技术大学内部治理结构的有益经验和积极成果,优化高等职业院校内部治理结构,来推进我国高等职业院校制度建设。By analyzing the status and problems of the internal governance structure and system construction of Chi- nese polytechnics, and on comparing the internal governance structure of Sino - German colleges, it is pointed out that, on the precondition of being suitable for China＇ s political system and ideology, the basic norms of the modem university sys- tem are taken as guidance, the useful experience and positive achievements of the internal governance structure of German University of Applied Sciences are absorbed and learned, and the internal governance structure of polytechnics is opti- mized in order to put forward the system construction of the polytechnics in China.
