摘　　要：目的系统分析我国老年性痴呆护理的研究现况,为探索构建老年性痴呆患者护理模式奠定基础。方法分析中国生物医学文献数据近10年有关老年性痴呆护理研究现状的文献。结果共检索出近10年的939篇有关老年性痴呆护理的文献,老年性痴呆的护理研究越来越广泛深入,但系统性的护理模式、良好运作的社会支持体系方面的研究开展严重不足。结论当前应开展系统化的护理模式研究,探索构建老年性痴呆患者社会支持体系。Objective To analyze the research status of nursing for senile dementia in China, so as to provide evidence for constructing nursing patterns for elderly with dementia. Methods Biomedical literatures related to nursing of the elderly with dementia published in China since 2004 were searched and analyzed. Results Totally 939 papers related to nursing of the elderly with dementia were found. Although studies about this theme are becoming more and more extensive, systematic nursing mode and well-functioned social support system are not well studied. Conclusion We should explore more researches about systematic nursing pattern, so as to form a well-functioned social support system for elderly with dementia.
