摘　　要：培养学生的通用管理能力,可以满足现代社会对全面发展的高端技能型人才的需求.针对通用管理能力的要求,探讨了该课程教学方式的改革和实践方法,并从教学方法、实验教学、实践教学多个环节上对学生进行了教学改革实践,获得了良好的教学效果,促进了学生通用管理能力的提高.Cultivating studentsjgeneral management abilities can meet the demand of modem society for high skill talents of all - round development. According to the requirements of general management abilities, the reform of teaching pattern and practice method for relative Courses has been discussed. Meanwhile, teaching reform of the general management abilities courses ,which contains teaching method, experiment method and practice method, has been carried out on students who have selected the class. Finally, the teaching effect is good and the students ~ general management abilities are generally improved.
