摘　　要：校企合作作为深化人才培养机制的重要措施之一,在本科教学中有着积极的意义。文章从思想意识、合作模式探讨了食品工程专业的校企合作,实现人才的联合培养,提高人才培养效果,以适应新时期人才市场需求。As one of the important measures to deepen the personnel training mechanism,school enterprise cooperation has a positive meaning in undergraduate teaching.This paper mainly discusses school-enterprise cooperation in food engineering in terms of the idea and mode of cooperation,to promote joint personnel training,improve the training effect,and meet demand for talents in the new period.
