摘　　要：20世纪80年代,西方机构股东积极行动的兴起为研究公司治理问题提供了一个全新的视角,机构股东参与公司治理的效果如何?西方学者对此进行了大量的实证研究,本文梳理与分析了这些研究文献并指出其中的不足及未来研究方向,以期抛砖引玉为我国学者的相关实证研究提供参考意见。In the 1980s, institutional stockholder activism provide a new perspective to study corporate government, how is the effect of institutional stockholder activism？ west scholars have done much empirical study on this problem, based on summarizing and analyzing these papers, this essay points out the shortages of these studies and the future study orient,in order to provide some advises on empirical study in china.
