摘　　要：从优质护理服务的内涵、护理能级管理模式的应用现状、优质护理服务开展的必要性、护理能级管理促进优质护理服务作用等方面综述了基于优质护理服务背景的护理能级管理研究。It reviewed the study on nursing level management based on high quality of nursing service background from aspects of connotation of high quality of nursing service, the applied status of nursing level manage- ment model, the necessity of carrying out high quality of nursing service, the effect of nursing level management to promote high quality of nursing service.
