利益视角下高职毕业生就业问题分析

摘　　要：文章从利益的视角出发,通过分析政府、企业、高职院校和学生四个利益主体的利益交织状况,解读了高职毕业生就业的实质,并且剖析了在庞大、复杂的就业体系中各利益主体应该承担的责任及为促进学生就业能够采取的有效措施。From the perspective of interest analysis, this paper analyzed the interest status among four subjects, i.e. government, enterprise, vocational college, student, elaborate the essence of job seeking of graduates of vocational colleges, the responsibilities of four subjects in the huge and complicated system of employment, and the effective measures to promote the employment of graduates.
