离散制造ERP环境下期量数据制订方法探索与研究

摘　　要：随着市场竞争的日益激烈和信息技术的不断发展,越来越多的离散制造企业开始借助企业管理信息系统来提升企业的运营效率,以此来建立科学合理的生产计划体系,理顺企业的物流,实现企业内部信息的实时集成,提高企业信息化应用水平,提升企业对市场的快速反应能力。从应用情况分析了离散制造企业ERP环境下期量数据提前期的编制方法,并举例对建立提前期编制模型进行了研究和探索,为离散制造企业在ERP环境下快速制订期量数据提供了参考。With the continuous development of the increasingly fierce market competition and information technology,discrete manufacturing enterprises more and more to enhance the operational efficiency of enterprises by means of enterprise management information system,to establish scientific and reasonable production planning system,straighten out the enterprise logistics,to achieve internal real-time information integration,improve enterprise information application level,enhance the ability of enterprises the rapid reaction of the market.Preparation method of discrete manufacturing enterprise ERP environment the next data lead time is analyzed from the application,and an example of the establishment of early stage-programming model is studied,and provides reference for discrete manufacturing enterprise rapid development period data in ERP environment.
