摘　　要：文中针对市场中存在m个制造商、n个分销商和1个零售商的情形,在随机需求下,应用采购拍卖和收益共享契约分析了三级供应链协调问题,证明了当参数满足一定条件时目录拍卖-收益共享契约拍卖联合机制和收益共享契约拍卖-目录拍卖联合机制都能够协调三级供应链。This paper examines the problem of three - level supply chain coordination under demand uncertainty. It is discussed how the two combined procurement auction mechanisms influence the coordination of three - level supply chain,where there are m suppliers, n distributors and one retailer. The two combined auction mechanisms are Catalog auction - Catalog auction and Catalog auction - Revenue - sharing Contract auction. We propose that Catalog auction - Revenue - sharing Contract auction and Revenue - sharing Contract auction - Catalog auction can achieve channel coordination for supply chain if the parameter satisfy certain conditions.
