摘　　要：文中以波特五力模型作为分析工具,对目前影响国内快递行业竞争结构的五种竞争力量包括现有同行业者之间的竞争、供应商的议价能力、需求方的议价能力、潜在进入者的威胁和替代品的威胁做了研究和分析,根据分析出的问题给出了一些建议和措施,以期能对快递行业健康、良性的发展起到一定的促进作用。In this paper, using Potter＇s five forces model as an analysis tool, the effects of five kinds of competitive power of domestic express industry competition structure including the same industry existing competition, the bargaining power of suppliers ,demanders bargaining power, the threat of potential entrants and substitute threat to do the research and analysis, according to the analysis of the give some suggestions and measures,in order to to a certain role in promoting health, the benign development of express industry.
