摘　　要：关中的物质生产方式是以农作物为主,主要出产的是小麦、玉米等农作物,从而构成了关中人的饮食品种和习惯,并衍生出独特的饮食习俗。The agricultural produce in Guanzhong, based on agricultural farming, includes wheat, corn and so forth, which constitutes the dietary variety and habit of the inhabitants in Guanzhong. Ac- cordingly a distinctive dietary custom resulted.
