摘 要:目的探讨叉头盒蛋白M1(FoxM1)在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法通过免疫组化S-P法检测FoxM1在90例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达情况,分析乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中FoxM1的表达与临床病理学参数的关系。结果 FoxM1在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的阳性表达率为68.9%(62/90),其中高表达者为53.3%(48/90)。FoxM1表达强度与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、TNM分期及雌激素受体表达有关(P<0.05)。结论 FoxM1可能参与乳腺癌的发生、发展,为乳腺癌的治疗提供新的靶点。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of forkhead box protein M1 (FoxM1) in breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of FOxM1 in 90 cases of breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma tissues. The relationships between FOxM1 expression and clinicopathological parameters in breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma were analyzed. Results The positive rate of FoxM1 expression in breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma was 68.9% (62/90). Among these positive cases, high expression cases made up 53.3% (48/90). FoxM1 expression was related with tumorsizes,lymph node metastasis, TNM stages, estrogen receptor expression (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion FoxM1 may contribute to the onset and devel- opment of breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma,which offer a new target for breast cancer therapy.
