摘　　要：目的观察补气中药治疗癌症相关性乏力前后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量的变化规律,探讨TNF-α与癌症相关性乏力的关系。方法收集癌症患者补气中药治疗前后的血清标本,用流式细胞点阵仪测定血清TNF-α含量。结果 75例癌症患者治疗前血清TNF-α的含量均值为(26.8±12.1)ng.L-1,治疗后TNF-α的含量均值为(19.2±10.1)ng.L-1,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论癌症相关性乏力的发病可能与TNF-α表达相对增强有关。Objective To observe the changing regulation of serum content of tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） in cancer patients with fatigue before and after Qi-nourishing Chinese herbal medicine treatment, and to investigate the relationship between TNF-α and cancer-related fatigue. Methods Serum was collected before and after Qinourishing Chinese herbal medicine treatment,and the serum content of TNF-α was measured with flow cytometry. Results Serum TNF-α content in 75 cancer patients with fatigue was （26.8 ±12.1 ）ng·L^-1 and （ 19.2 ± 10.1 ） ng·L^-1 before and after Qi-nourishing Chinese herbal medicine treatment, respectively, there was a statistical difference of serum TNF-α content before and after the treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The development of cancer-related fatigue is related with the high expression of TNF-α.
