摘　　要：本文分析了数控技术人才的就业现状,指出了高校数控人才培养中存在的问题,并结合本校实际情况,对数控技术相关课程的教学提出一系列人才培养模式的改革方法,为用人单位培养出拔尖创新型的数控技术人才。This paper analyzes the employment situation of NC technology talents, points out the problems existing in NC personnel training of university. Combined with the actual situation of the school, a series of personnel training mode reform is put forward in the NC technology teaching approach, training top-notch innovative talents of NC technology for employers.
