温度对不同品种红花种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨温度对不同品种红花(Carthamus tinctorius L.)种子萌发的影响。[方法]选取裕民无刺、新红4号和吉红1号3个红花品种种子作试验材料,在不同温度下进行发芽试验。[结果]温度对3个品种红花种子萌发的影响很大。红花种子在温度5～35℃下均有萌发,随着温度升高,始发芽时间提前,发芽周期缩短,发芽率降低。在温度5～25℃下都可以保证很高的发芽率,最高发芽率在10℃,为87.89%。但考虑到地温与大气温度的差异性,所以播种红花的适宜温度范围为10～15℃。[结论]栽培红花时宜根据当地气候条件选择合适品种。[Objective] The aim was to investigate the effects of temperature on seed germination of different varieties of Carthamus tinctorius L.[Method] Selecting Yumin Wuci,Xinhong No.4,Jihong No.1 as test material,germination test was conducted under different temperature.[Result] The seed germination of C.tinctorius is significantly impacted under different temperatures.The seed germination rate is high during 5-25 ℃,highest germination rate is under 10 ℃ with germination rate 87.89%.In view of difference of ground temperature and atmosphere,optimum temperature range of C.tinctorius seeding is 10-15 ℃.[Conclusion] Cultivating C.tinctorius L.should select proper variety according to local climate conditions.
