摘　　要：通过我国医学情报机构建设以及国外医学系列杂志的发展两个侧面,探讨了"文革"时期我国医学情报事业发展的历史轨迹,得出了"文革"时期我国医学情报事业虽受到了一定冲击和影响,但总体仍是一个基本健康向前发展并取得较大成就的历史发展时期的结论。The development of medical information in the ＂great cultural revolution period＂ from 1966-1978 was studied from the construction of medical information institutions and the development of foreign medical series journals, which showed that the development of medical information was affected, but it was stepped forward and made rather good achievements,
