浅谈方志类论文的撰写与学术规范

摘　　要：方志类学术论文撰写要注意选题意义和价值,注意问题导向性,发现、解决真问题。选题创新是学术期刊的基本要求。论文创新表现在论点新、论据新、工具新、角度新等方面。好论文观点鲜明,论述准确,能娴熟运用逻辑知识和哲学原理,说理论证得心应手。评价一篇论文不仅要注重内容质量,还要在形式上走标准化、规范化之路,尤其要注意论文标题的拟定,提要、关键词、引言的撰写,遵守学术规范和学术道德,做好参考文献和注释的标注,力求撰写形式与内容俱佳的高品位论文。When writing local records research papers,we need to pay attention to the significance and value of selected topic,the direction where the topic is leading to,and strive to discover and solve the real issue.Creative topic selection is the basic requirement of academic periodicals.The creativity of an article is demonstrated in aspects such as new proposition,new grounds of argument,new tools,and new angles.A good article usually has sharp and clear views and precise arguments,is adept in the application of the knowledge of logic and philosophical principles,and presents arguments with great skills.In the appraisal of an article,we not only need to pay attention to the quality of the content,but also walk on the road of standardization and systematization in terms of the form.In particular,we should pay attention to deciding on the title,and to the writing of the abstract,the key words,and the introduction.We should follow academic standards and ethics,write up good bibliography and explanatory notes,and strive to produce high quality articles with both good contents and good forms.
