社区公众心肺复苏知识和技能培训效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察对社区公众心肺复苏知识和技能培训的效果。方法:采用问卷法对深圳市龙岗区1562名社区公众心肺复苏急救知识进行调查,然后现场进行心肺复苏知识培训,并对其中120人培训前后进行单人徒手心肺复苏术操作考核评估。结果:培训后社区公众心肺复苏急救知识知晓率、单人徒手心肺复苏术评分、及格率均高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:以社区为单位开展心肺复苏急救知识培训,对社区公众掌握一定的急救技能及提高应急能力有较好的效果。Objective：To evaluate the effect of participating training about cardio-pulmonary resuscitation（CPR） knowledge and skills in the public community.Methods：The questionnaire method to investigate the 1562 community public CPR knowledge in Shenzhen city Longgang district,and then the scene of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge training,and the training before and after the 120 single hands-only CPR operation assessment.Results：After the training of community public CPR knowledge rate,single hands-only CPR score,pass rate were higher than those before training（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Community as a unit to carry out CPR knowledge training,it is better effect with the community public to master certain skills and have good effect in improving the emergency response capacity.
