手术室实习护生职业损伤防护现状调查分析与对策

摘　　要：目的:调查手术室实习护生职业损伤防护现状,探讨有效防护对策。方法:对2010年7月～2011年7月我院158名手术室实习护生进行问卷调查,以了解实习护生发生职业损伤的危险因素。结果:实习护生发生职业损伤的危险因素,包括对环境的陌生感,对手术器械、用物的不了解,对无菌操作的不规范,对手术的紧张感,对应急事件的惊恐,实际操作机会少等。结论:实习护生在临床实习中发生职业损伤的状况较为普遍,预防损伤的措施和发生损伤后的处理仍有待改善,须加强护生的职业安全教育及自我保护意识,提高实习护生对风险的认知和处理能力,降低职业损伤的发生率。Objective：To survey the operating room nursing students occupational injury protection status quo and explore effective protective measures. Methods：From July 2010 to July 2011,158 of our hospital operating room nursing students conducted a questionnaire survey of nursing students to understand the risk factors of occupational injury. Results： Risk factors of nurse students occupation injury occurred,including the strangeness of the environment, the operation equipment, materials do not understand, aseptic operation is not standardized, the operation of the tension, the emergency paniC, practical experience less. Conclusion： Nursing students in clinical practice in case of occupational injury situation is more common occurrence. Injury prevention measures and treatment of injury remains to be improved to enhance the occupational safety of nursing education and self - protection awareness of the risk of nursing students to cognitive,reduce the incidence of occupational injury.
