摘  要:目的探讨CD44s和Mib-1在星形胶质细胞瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测41例不同级别星形胶质细胞瘤标本中CD44s和Mib-1的表达,并与肿瘤恶性程度及预后做相关分析。结果高级别胶质瘤中CD44s及Mib-1的表达均高于低级别胶质瘤(P=0.008、0.002)。CD44s与Mib-1表达呈正相关(P<0.01,r=0.6)。CD44s和Mib-1低表达组无进展生存时间均显著大于高表达组。结论 CD44s与Mib-1在人脑胶质瘤中的表达与组织学恶性程度相关,两者对人脑胶质瘤患者的预后有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression and their clinical significance of CD44s and Mib-1 antigen in hu- man astrocytomas. Methods The expression of CD44s and Mib-1 were detected in 41 eases of different degrees of as- trocytomas specimen by immunohistoehemistry using avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex (ABC) method. Their correla- tions with glioma malignancy and prognosis were statistically analyzed. Results High gratte glioma in the expression of CD44s and Mib-1 were higher than those in low grade glioma (P = 0.008, 0.002). CD44s and Mih-1 expression were positively correlated (P 〈 0.01 and r = 0.6). CD44s and Mib-1 progression-free survival time in low expression group were significantly greater than those of high expression of group. Conclusion The histological malignancy of the astro- cytomas is correlated with expression of CD44s and Mib-17. They are important prognostic factors in astrocytomas.
