摘 要:目的评价双侧下颌骨升支矢状劈开术(BSSRO)对骨性Ⅲ类患者咀嚼肌肌电的变化。方法选取12例骨性下颌前突患者作为研究对象,12例正常为对照组,运用BioEMGⅡ八道表面机电仪测定双侧颞肌、咬肌、二腹肌在下颌不同功能运动时的肌电幅值。运用配对t检验和单因素方差分析对结果进行比较。结果实验组术前咀嚼肌电位小于对照组(P<0.05),术后1年的咀嚼肌电位较术前有所改善(P<0.05),但部分数值尚未恢复正常。结论骨性下颌前突患者术前咀嚼肌功能弱于对照组,BSSRO在一定程度上能够改善患者咀嚼肌功能。Objective To evaluate the functional change of masticatory on skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusal patients after bilateral sagittal split ramous osteotomy (BSSRO) by electromyogram. Methods Twelve patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusal were selected into experimental group and twelve healthy college students with normal occlusion were selected for control. Electromyogram were performed on bilateral temporalis anterior muscle, masseter muscle, digastric anterior muscle. Paired t test and one-way ANOVA were used for statistical analysis. Results Electromyogram of experiment group before surgery were lower than that of control group, after surgery, some patient's electromyogram increased, but they were still lower than that of control group. Conclusion There were some functional difference of the muscles between Class m malocelusal patients and normal people, BSSRO gave the patients a better masticatory muscle function.
