高校学生党员培养考察工作模式创新探究

摘　　要：学生党员培养考察是学生党员组织发展工作中的关键环节。学生党员培养考察工作面临着数量与质量、党务队伍建设的滞后与党员发展工作要求、传统的培养考察工作模式与学生党建工作发展需要之间的挑战。在新时期,构建学生党员培养"四级教育培养模式"和"四级信息数据库",形成"过程梯级教育培养"和"‘实时-立体-动态’考察"工作模式是高校学生党员培养考察工作模式有益的探索。Training and testing university student Party members is the key part in the development of student Party member＇s organization. The work of training and testing university student Party members faces some new challenges between quantity and quality, the lag of rank construction of Party affairs and the requirement of the Party member development, the traditional work mode of training and testing and the development need of student Party member construction. In the new era, a useful exploration for the work mode of training and testing university student Party members is to build four-grade training mode and fourgrade information database of training student Party members and to form the work mode of process-step training and testing as well as realtime multi-dimensional dynamic testing mode.
