摘　　要：文章梳理了我国工学结合、顶岗实习教学模式与人才培养模式的政策嬗变,介绍了安徽水利水电职业技术学院建筑工程技术等专业顶岗实习的实践探索,分析了顶岗实习实践中存在问题,提出了政府、企业、学校乃至学生在顶岗实习中应有的担当。The article summarizes the policy changes in China of the talent cultivation mode and the teaching and learning mode with post practice and combination of working and learning, and introduces the exploration on the post practice made by Construction Engineering Technology Major in Anhui Water Conservancy Technical Col-lege, then it analyzes the current problems and the responsibilities the Government, businesses, colleges and students should take in the post practice.
