摘　　要：目的观察保留乳房的乳腺癌切除术治疗早期乳腺癌的近期疗效及美容效果。方法回顾性分析2009年2月～2012年7月我院收治的29例行保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌患者的临床资料,对肿瘤行局部扩大切除并进行腋窝淋巴结清扫术,手术后辅以放疗,化疗或内分泌治疗,观察手术并发症及美容效果,通过随访,观察临床疗效。结果手术并发症为2例,按保留乳房治疗后美容评判标准进行评价,其中优良27例,一般1例,差1例,总优良率:93.1%。随访6～36月,所有患者均无局部复发及远处转移。结论保留乳房的乳腺癌切除术治疗早期乳腺癌近期疗效较好,可使乳房形体改变较小,是值得推荐的一种技术。Objective To evaluate the short-term curative effects and cosmetic effects of lumpectomy and axillary dissection for patients with early stage breast carcinoma.Methods The data of 29 female patients with early breast cancer from February 2009 to July 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.All of them underwent lumpectomy and axillary dissection,which consisted of lumpectomy remove of the breast carcinoma and lymph node dissection.Postoperative radiotherapy,chemotherapy and endocrine therapy were used after operations.Surgical complications and breast appearances were evaluated and survival conditions were followed-up.Results Surgical complication occurred in 2 cases.The 29 patients were followed up 6 to 36 months.No local recurrence and metastasis were found.According to the assessment standard of beauty after lumpectomy and axillary dissection,the breasts were scored as excellent and good in 27 patients,fair in one and poor in one.The excellent and good rate was 93.1%.Conclution Lumpectomy and axillary dissection has a good short-term effect for patients with early stage breast carcinoma,and can make less change in breast shape.So it is a therapy worthy to be recommended.
