摘　　要：本文以科学基金资助项目的科学伦理问题为切入点,重点对人类受试者保护的伦理法律制度框架内容进行论述,并对我国科学伦理法律制度构建提出建设性意见。This article discusses the scientific ethics of research projects funded by scientific foundation, especially the human subjects protecting legal system, then bring forward some legislative advice for constructing our corresponding legal system.
